A: TrustedJewels is more than a modest fashion brand. It is a movement of elegance, intention, and timeless design for both women and men. We create garments and accessories that reflect dignity, purpose, and refined style, paired with luxurious details and packaging that carries as much meaning as what’s inside.

A: The name comes from the meaning of our founders’ names: Trust and Jewels. Together, it represents elegance that is both valuable and trustworthy.

Q: Do you sell jewelry?
A: Despite our name, TrustedJewels is not a jewelry store. We currently do not sell jewelry or accessories. Our focus is on modest fashion for both women and men. Including abayas, hijabs, satin undercaps, and a curated men’s collection of thobes and modest wear. We may introduce select lifestyle accessories in the future, but our core remains intentional, modest fashion.

A: Abayas are at the heart of TrustedJewels, but our collections expand to include hijabs, satin undercaps, and modest dresses.

Do you sell men's products as well?
A: Yes. TrustedJewels offers a dedicated men’s collection, including thobes, jilbabs, and tailored modest wear designed with the same elegance, craftsmanship, and intentional detail as our women’s line.

A: Each piece is designed with elegance and intention, created to feel timeless, refined, and deeply personal. So every woman can see herself in the garment, not trends or labels.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: TrustedJewels ships currently within the US only. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout.

A: U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

A: Yes, express options are available at checkout for select regions.
Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Returns are accepted on a limited basis. We currently offer exchanges or store credit only for eligible items. All pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Accessories and custom designs are final sale.

Damages

Q: What should I do if my order is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
A: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: Are shipping damages covered?
A: Yes, if an item is damaged during transit, TrustedJewels will take responsibility and work with you to resolve it quickly.
Store Credit

Q: How does store credit work?
A: Returns are accepted on a limited basis for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If approved, store credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued as a digital code. Store credit is non-transferable, valid for 6 months from the date issued, and cannot be redeemed for cash. To request a return, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
